  Welcome stitchers to Old Town Needlework, located in sunny Arizona! Our shop is in Scottsdale, a beautiful and fun suburb of Phoenix. We are on the north side of Fifth Avenue (a tourist haven) in a well lit, well stocked and well visited shop! We hope if you are in our area for either business or pleasure you can visit us.Three times a year we host a stitching retreat, Camp Wannastitch which is attended by women of all ages and from all parts of the country. We spend 3 days in a secluded location in Northern Arizona with nothing to do but stitch, have classes and eat! Sound like fun? You will find further details on our web site.  Our shop specializes in western theme counted cross stitch and needlepoint designs but we carry a wide variety of subjects from seashells and lighthouses to samplers and primitive designs. Over 10,000 books are available in our bookshelves and our fabric bins are overflowing! A wide variety of beautiful fibers cover our walls. Looking for anything special??? We design our own unique mats to compliment each individual needlework piece. We feel that they are a work of art and should be framed as such.
